Compliments and Concerns Thank you for taking the time to recognize the work of our sworn or civilian members(s) or volunteer(s). Your comments will be reviewed by the Chief of Police and the Department's Recognition Committee, before being presented to the member and included in his/her personnel file. If you want to commend the actions of a sworn or civilian member of the VPD, you can do so by linking to our Employee Commendation page. If you have a concern or complaint about one of our members, follow this link to the Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner. There you will find the latest forms to download and complete. These can then be sent by regular mail to the Chief of Police for action.
